It is well situated for visitors to Fontainebleau.
It's a chain hotel like any other. Basic without charm.

The indoor pool and fitness options were enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The staff's lack of responsiveness was concerning, particularly when I requested assistance in finding dinner options after they informed me the restaurant was fully booked. I found the room to be dated with noise coming from above, made it difficult to relax, and the lack of proper amenities, such as functioning English channels and a limited selection for breakfast, left much to be desired.

Modern hotel, friendly staff, good decor and very clean. Good location for chateau and town centre.
Restuarant closes Friday noon and doesn't open until Monday lunchtime so no food over the weekend except from vending machine Bar doesn't open until 4.30

Chur, the staff were super friendly, but the breakfast lacked made-to-order options and the A/C didn't work, making the room warm at night.

Well renovated and good value hotel, I enjoyed rich breakfast!
Everything was excellent, stunning location next to a key biodiversity area, the staff were attentive! The room was nicely furnished and had coffee and tea/coffee. The bed was very clean, a bathtub worked well. The free parking was on site, very good service. Location: the hotel was very close to INSEAD or the Chateau, conferences and the center and the castle.

The lobby is inviting with a modern bar vibe. I loved the spacious garden area, complete with a veggie patch and bee hives, which connects guests with nature. The happy hour specials offered good drinks at fantastic prices.

Carpet in room badly stained. One night, loud bar patrons kept us awake until 2 am, when the police were finally called. Just below our room.

We stayed for a night on our way to Paris. It was easy to find the hotel and it had free parking! That was a bonus. It is a few hundred meters from the Palace of Fontainebleau, which was great. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were great. Our room was nice and spacious.

This place is great, and has everything I need, including free parking, express check-in, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local delivery recommendations, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend trying their coffee shop for a pick-me-up. I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, located directly beside insead and closely to the castle, with own parking space. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. We appreciated the excellent Mercure Internet System.

Large rooms excellent location for insead (1 minute walking)
Poor amenities. Noisy and ineffective air conditioning. Very expensive breakfast (suprise) 50% of the price.
